

As a certified yoga instructor, holistic health coach, and personal trainer, I am passionate about everything related to yoga, health, fitness, delectable food, nutrition, personal growth, cooking, meditation, and spirituality.

In my roles as a health coach, yoga teacher, and fitness expert, my primary goal is to empower my clients to live life to the fullest. With over 20 years of experience, I offer genuine guidance and expertise in nutrition, fitness, and yoga. I have helped hundreds of individuals achieve their health and fitness objectives, ranging from losing 100+ pounds, to nurturing a healthier relationship with their body and food.

Having personally endured in my younger days severe anxiety, panic attacks, an unhealthy relationship with food, a negative self-image, and more, I can empathize with the struggles that many faces. Through years of personal growth, meditation, and coaching, I have healed many of my own wounds and now experience a sense of freedom in both body and mind. Not that we're ever "done" with the process of self-development though :) It sure is a never ending journey of self-discovery, healing and evolving.

I am driven by the belief that everyone deserves to live a life filled with inner peace, body positivity, and the ability to treat their body like the temple it is. I am committed to helping others feel secure in their lives and pursue their dreams.
